Appointments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits go toward your total service price.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

No-call / no-shows may be restricted from future bookings.
- If you reschedule within the 24 hr time frame your deposit is TRANSFERABLE for (1) time meaning you can select another reschedule date using that deposit however if you do not honor your reschedule date you will forfeit your deposit resulting in paying new deposit to book your next appointment.
- Remember all deposits go towards your service total and secure your appointment date & time.
Late Policy

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
- After 10 minutes a fee of $20 will apply please value my time and other clients that have appointments the same day

After 15 minutes, your appointment Will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Home-Based Location

I am home-based in Darien, GA.

The exact address will be sent the morning of your appointment.

Please arrive on time extreme early arrivals may not be accommodated.
- Travel Appointments will require a fee upon booking to cover convenience, gas & extra time $15+ depending on distance. please text me directly for travel appointments availability.
Guest Policy

No extra guests or children unless they are being serviced and have an appointment UNLESS we have spoken prior to your appointment about it.

This helps maintain a calm, professional environment .
Nail Service Policies

Please come with bare, clean nails To ensure proper application and nail integrity, I only service clean, bare nails. If there is previous product from another nail technician, a soak-off will be required before I begin your service.

I do not work over damaged, or infected nails.

Repairs are only done within the specified timeframe provided at your appointment.
Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable If services are rendered. If you are unhappy with a service please be vocal let us know . We always aim to provide exceptional service to clients.

Deposits are always non refundable .

If you are unhappy, concerns must be communicated during or immediately after the service so adjustments can be made.
