Terms of service

 

By booking a nail service or purchasing press-on nails from our business, you agree to abide by the following terms:

• Appointments: A non-refundable deposit is required to book all nail services. No deposit = no appointment.

• No Call / No Show: You will be banned from future bookings until your outstanding balance is paid.

• Late Policy: If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment is subject to cancellation unless you have contacted us in advance and we’ve agreed to continue.

• Rescheduling: Must be done at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute rescheduling will allow your deposit to be transferred only once. After that, a new deposit is required.

• Sickness Policy: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to maintain a safe environment.

• Mask Policy: Masks are optional during services.

• Location: The exact address is provided only after your deposit is received.

• Guest Policy: No extra guests or children allowed unless they are being serviced or special arrangements have been made.

• Walk-Ins & Squeeze-Ins: We do not accept walk-ins or squeeze-in appointments. All appointments must be booked in advance.

• Client Respect: Please respect the space, arrive on time, and follow all policy guidelines.

• Liability Forms: Forms must be filled out before receiving any services for health and safety purposes.

Failure to follow these terms may result in denied service or being banned from future bookings.
