  • Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure timely service. Late arrivals may shorten the duration of your service.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

    • No-show Policy: If you miss your appointment without notice, you may be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled service price.

3. Services

  • Service Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all our services. If you have any questions regarding specific services or products, please ask a staff member prior to your appointment.

  • Custom Requests: If you have any special requests (e.g., specific nail art or design), please inform us ahead of time. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Age Requirements: All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment. Certain services may have age restrictions.

4. Payment

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and mobile payments (Apple Pay).

  • Payment for Services: Payment is due at the time of service. If you have any questions about the pricing, please ask before your appointment begins.

  • Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the price of services but is always appreciated. If you are satisfied with your service, tips are welcomed.

5. Product Usage and Allergies

  • Product Information: We use high-quality products that are safe for most clients. However, if you have known allergies or sensitivities to specific products, please inform us before your appointment so we can accommodate your needs.

  • Patch Tests: If you're getting a new service (such as a gel manicure or acrylic nails), we recommend a patch test to ensure you don't have any allergic reactions to the products.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Health and Safety: It is your responsibility to inform your technician of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the services you receive. Please disclose any conditions such as nail infections, skin conditions, or recent surgeries.

  • Children and Pets: For safety reasons, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We ask that children remain seated and supervised during services if we have approved of them being at your appointment. Pets are not permitted in the workspace around chemicals .

  • Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene practices, including disinfecting tools and equipment between each client and using disposable items when appropriate.

  • Personal Belongings: Nuna Beauty Studio is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during your visit.

8. Gift Cards and Promotions

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used towards any service or product in the salon. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Promotions and Discounts: We occasionally offer special promotions or discounts. These offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated.

  • Client Agreement: By receiving services at Nuna Beauty Studio, you agree that you understand the risks involved in the procedures, including potential side effects, and consent to the services being performed.

  • Damage or Injury: Nuna Beauty Studio is not responsible for any damage to nails, skin, or any injuries caused by pre-existing conditions, allergies, or improper care after services are rendered.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, intoxicated, or violates our salon policies. If your technician feels uncomfortable or unable to perform the service, they may terminate the session at any time.
